I expanded my skill set beyond the laboratory when I interned at GMA Network News for six months, one of the Philippines' leading broadcast media organizations. During my time there, I immersed myself in the fast-paced world of journalism, honing my ability to craft compelling news reports and tell stories that resonate with a wide audience. The experience gave me a unique dual perspective — the rigorous, evidence-based thinking of a scientist combined with the clear, accessible communication style of a journalist. This combination allows me to bridge the gap between complex scientific concepts and everyday audiences.

Looking ahead, I am on the verge of an exciting new chapter in my career. I am currently exploring an opportunity to work in Taiwan as a science laboratory assistant at a pharmaceutical company — a role that aligns perfectly with my scientific background and my aspiration to contribute to real-world health solutions. This potential move represents not only a professional milestone for me but also a bold step toward becoming part of the global scientific community, where cutting-edge research and innovation in medicine are transforming lives every day.
